Had this for about a month now, cooks and cleans just as I had hoped. Enamel is significantly less-stick than uncoated steel, and once the pan is hot I can cook things on a lower temperature compared with my old aluminum cookware. Highly recommended.

Heavy but works well
I bought thus pan for everyday cooking. It works very well. Only problem I have is the pan os too heavy to lift. But I can't cook without this!
