I have used Calphalon almost exclusively for 10 years now. In 10 years we have had to have 3 returned to Calphalon for no fuss replacement, which happens quickly - super customer service. 3 needed to be replaced due to years of use, well worth the cost of the pans to get 10 years out of them. As long as you follow the directions for care, Calphalon is amazing. I have learned the hard way that you DO NOT run cold water into your hot pan, DO NOT make hard candy in your non-stick pans (candy making better suited for hard anodized). The Unison is the newest pan I have tried. I LOVE IT. It heats nicely, cooks evenly and cleans up beautifully. I cannot attest to washing them in the dishwasher, I can't even see why you would need do. I use a wash cloth and soap and everything wipes right out.

I purchased this pan and am very happy with this product. It sears food with a nice crust. The pan is 11-1/4" across and is about 2 -1/2" deep. The pan comes with a clear glass lid. The pan is easy to clean by hand and can be cleaned in a dishwasher. Would recommend to others.
Warped on ceramic cooktop on first use
I researched this pan heavily and was glad to buy it. The cooking surface and pot design are great. BUT IT WARPED ON FIRST USE!!! I heated it or the first time and when I went to add meat the pan wobbled and spun. I couldn't believe it because it was such a solid heavy pan. After a search of reviews on a few of the other large pans in this set on amazon I found more complaints of the same problem on glass cooktops BEWARE!
