We used an Amazon gift card to purchase this product. The pouring spout on both sides of the pot are perfect for gravy, pudding and sauces.
Made rice in this pan and did not clean up right away, no issues with sticking.

Great Little Pan
I love these pots. They cook beautifully and are so easy to clean. I love to cook but always hated cleaning the pots and pans but these pots practically wipe clean. You won't want anything else once you've tried Le Creuset.

You simply won't need any other 1-1/4 saucepan. It is superior to both stainless steel and teflon (such as Circulon) in that it heats evenly with minimal heat (do not use above medium setting) and is practically non-stick. The design is superb: pouring is accomplished with very little to no dripping. It retains heat in a way that far outperforms aluminum or stainless steel.
