My Favorite Dutch Oven
I have three dutch ovens by three different companies but the Le Creuset 3-1/2 quart is my favorite. The size is perfect for two or three people or for part of the meal for more people. I like the fact that it's a little shallower than the others which makes it seem a little better for browning ingredients. I like the cream colored interior. One of my other dutch ovens has a black interior that just isn't as aesthetically pleasing to me. It cooks perfectly whether on the stove top or in the oven. I would highly recommend this dutch oven if you can fit it into your budget.
