Glad to finally get it. Great product.
I haven't let it change my rating, but it was pretty painful that it took five shipments to actually receive the right product, in an undamaged condition. The first three times, starting before Christmas, I received a Chasseur Pannini pan instead, and then when they finally shipped the right grill it was broken through its package, badly chipped, and had to be returned. Even this one's package was broken open, but fortunately the product was undamaged. Heavy, expensive products should receive a bit more packaging than just the manufacturer's store box.

Okay, now to the product review. I have an induction cooktop and this works great on it. It heats up evenly over two induction hobs with the bridge unit in between. The Lodge two-sided grill/griddle wouldn't work on the induction grill (the edges are too high), but this one does.
