Love this size
For two of us, this is a perfect size for soup or a roast. I love cooking with Le Creuset as it cooks nice and slow and nothing sticks to the bottom. It is easy to clean also. Seller was very helpful; price dropped before this shipped and he gave me the refund. Thank you.

I have several pieces already but was attracted to the functionality of this one after reading reviews from Williams and Sonoma. Love the color too! I will admit that I thought it can with a top, it does not! :-)

LOVE LE CREUSET !!!
I love this dish. I am using it for soups and chilis . It is typical of all Le Creuset products. Great quality, performs extremely well, keeps the food hot and really looks great on the stove!
This one also looks great on the table as well.
It is kind of a specialized item, but that is what I like about it. I am a kitchen "stuff" fanatic and collect cookware that I think I will enjoy using, This is an example of one piece that I will get a lot of use and enjoyment out of.
I make a lot of soups, stews and chili during the fall and winter months and this is the pot that I will use. It is great for bringing right to the table and serving from it, because it retains the heat so well.
It is great for heating up those leftovers and again retaining the heat after they have been reheated.
except the color
I tried to return it for "Cherry" color but wasn't allowed to. I had no idea "Cassis" is a color and now I am stuck with a dish that not only doesn't match the others but I am not a fan of the color itself. Trying to find a person to explain this to is impossible.
